Title: Business Analyst (API)
 Location: Remote (EST Hours)  
Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract
Compensation: $50-55/HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S

Skills
– Knowledge of API technologies (e.g., REST, SOAP, Swagger, JSON, XML) and related technologies.
– Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise API documentation.
– Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
– Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Azure ADO
– Excellent knowledge of Power BI to create dashboards

Expectations
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into precise, concise technical requirements for APIs.
– Define API specifications, including request/response structures, payload formats, system interactions, and data mappings.
– Create and maintain API documentation, including API specifications, user guides, and integration instructions.
– Contribute to the development and improvement of API documentation workflows.
– Create dashboards in Azure ADO and Power BI

A Business Analyst evaluates overall performance, identifies areas for improvement, leveraging digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes and creates strategies to help the business become more efficient
