Title: Contracts Analyst
Location: Houston Tx 77002 (Downtown) 
Duration: 2-3 months contract 
Pay: $35hr

Job Summary
The Contracts Analyst supports the contracts team with the management of all contracts where our company is a counterparty. Provide support to commercial teams when

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of contractual agreements
• Primary point of coordination for all legal work
• Uploads and updates contracts
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial teams
• Maintain company form agreements, such as Letters of Credit, guaranties, NDAs, EEIs, NAESBs and related transactional agreements, involving credit as necessary in the negotiations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred), or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Administration or Legal
• Administrator in the energy industry
• General understanding of Contracts & Settlements principles
• Endur(Openlink Endur)  experience, highly preferred
• NAESB and ISDA  system Preferred
