Job Title: Asset Management Project Analyst
Location: DFW, TX (Hybrid)
Rate: $40–$45/hour
Work Authorization: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US without sponsorship, either now or in the future
Job Summary:
INSPYR Solutions is seeking an Asset Management Project Analyst to join a dynamic IT Asset Management team. This role is critical for driving strategic and ad hoc initiatives that enhance enterprise asset management capabilities. The analyst will provide data insights, coordinate project activities, and improve transparency for IT operations through proactive collaboration and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, cleanse, integrate, analyze, and model large asset datasets to identify trends and insights using tools such as MS Excel and Power BI.

Provide data-driven recommendations to solve specific asset management use cases and support enterprise objectives.

Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.

Foster communication and collaboration across asset management, cybersecurity, incident response, and infrastructure teams.

Demonstrate expertise across asset categories including physical/virtual endpoints, business applications, databases, websites, and virtualization technologies.

Track and manage intangible or second-tier assets, including websites, databases, and VM-hypervisor relationships.

Understand and communicate the downstream uses and benefits of comprehensive asset data.

Proactively address impediments to team productivity and project delivery; continuously seek process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline (or 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).

Minimum 2 years of direct experience in IT asset management.

Strong experience automating data workflows with Excel, Power BI, and Python.

Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across all organizational levels.

Proven ability to analyze complex problems independently and develop actionable solutions.

Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and initiative in dynamic work environments.

Strong multitasking skills and experience handling multiple projects in fast-paced settings.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially in infrastructure-related environments.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networking, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Rally or Azure DevOps (ADO).

Experience with IT asset management tools like Tanium, Flexera, or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
