Role: Junior Power BI Developer

Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Power BI Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join our analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-friendly dashboards based on business requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working with data visualizations and eager to grow their communication and collaboration skills.
You will not need to handle data architecture, modeling, or cloud infrastructure—our dedicated architecture team will manage the technical backend. Your focus will be on transforming stakeholder requests into clear, effective Power BI reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build intuitive and visually compelling dashboards using Power BI.
• Work directly with business users and stakeholders to understand their reporting needs.
• Translate user requirements into report layouts and visualizations.
• Make updates and improvements to existing reports based on feedback.
• Ensure data is represented clearly, accurately, and in a business-friendly format.
• Collaborate with internal team members and architects to ensure dashboard feasibility.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support for Power BI reports.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficient in creating dashboards using Power BI visuals.
• Comfortable working with Power Query and DAX at a basic level.
• Strong attention to detail and a good design sense for data presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or other data tools.
• Understanding of basic data concepts (e.g., tables, relationships).
• Experience supporting business users in a reporting or analytics context.
