Environmental Manager (Air Pollution/Air Quality focus)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental compliance and sustainability efforts in Medley, FL. This role involves regulatory engagement, strategic risk management, and coaching a team of environmental professionals to ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of environmental experience in an industrial setting (preferably construction materials or related industry)
• Proven experience managing complex Title V air permits and regulatory agency interactions
• Strong leadership skills, including team development and cross-functional communication
• Excellent analytical, planning, and project execution abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the environmental program for the Pennsuco facility
• Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and advocate for the facility on environmental matters
• Mentor and develop Environmental Engineers and interns to strengthen team capabilities
• Prepare and submit environmental permits, reports, and compliance documentation
• Identify and mitigate environmental risks while driving continuous improvement in sustainability and regulatory compliance
