Role: IT Risk Analyst – Metrics and Reporting
Location: Hybrid in Scottsdale AZ
Duration: Contract through the end of the year
Compensation: $60.00 – 68.00/hr

Project Objectives:
- Design mature Tech/Data/Security 1LOD KRI/KPI aligned to industry standards and the Risk Framework
- Design reporting to include new metrics and support governance requirements (Operational Reporting, Committee Reporting, etc.)
- Support the implementation of the design
Metrics and Reporting
- Define a set of metrics and reporting that is aligned with industry-specific technology 1LOD risk
- Define calculations, system owners, frequency, etc., for metrics and reporting
- Identify data sources required for metric and workflow reporting automation
- Develop meaningful metrics aligned to the workflows.
- Create epics and user stories in JIRA for reporting automation
- Ensure repeatable, scalable reporting and process designs for continued use post-engagement.
- Create templates and process instructions for metrics that will be provisioned manually
Key Responsibilities:
- Define KRIs and KPIs and set metrics across the board.
- Build out the template and the process.
- Create the reporting guidelines and framework.
- Assemble user stories and epics
- Create excel templates where they do not exist
- Create metrics/reports for all of Technology Risk
