Title:  Product Owner
Location: Irving or Arlington, Hybrid onsite 2 days/week
Duration: 6 months Contract to Hire
Compensation: $48 – $52/hr.
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
 
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead initiatives focused on customer communication, account management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience with customer engagement platforms and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document extensive business requirements, focusing on communication strategies and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and development teams to resolve project obstacles and ensure steady progress.
• Report directly to project leadership to provide updates and address key priorities.
• Oversee the use of platforms for customer communications including email, SMS, and push notifications, ensuring alignment with customer preferences and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy of enhancing customer communication channels while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or similar platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Campaign preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working in Agile Scrum environments.
• At least 2 years of experience with Adobe marketing technology platforms, preferably AEM or AJO.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Agile Certification (PSPO, CSP-PO, or POPM/APM) required within 180 days of hire.
