Digital Asset Management (DAM) Business Analyst

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Business Analyst to support a critical initiative within our client's Engineering team. This role will be responsible for increasing user adoption and improving documentation and training resources, a high-visibility product leveraged across multiple business tenants. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on DAM experience (preferably with Nexio or Adobe), strong business analysis skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive technical and educational outcomes.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DAM systems, collaborating with multiple business units. 
  • Drive user adoption through the creation of training materials, user guides, and demo videos.
  • Conduct Office Hours and Train-the-Trainer sessions to educate users on features and best practices.
  • Partner closely with product teams, tenants, and developers to identify gaps, gather requirements, and reduce development effort.
  • Continuously improve the DAM by identifying and communicating opportunities for enhancements.
  • Maintain and update user documentation and guides with every product release.
  • Ensure alignment with SDLC processes including documentation, testing, production cutover, and warranty support.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a Digital Asset Management product environment.
    • Hands-on experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms (Nexio highly preferred; Adobe also valued).
    • Strong understanding of DAM capabilities including taxonomy, metadata, and system limitations.
    • Proven ability to gather requirements, create clear documentation, and increase product adoption.
  • Computer Science or related technical background; able to read documentation and understand development language at a high level.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
