Senior Product Manager – Data & Analytics

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This is a hybrid role that blends Product Management, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery, taking full ownership of data-driven products — from concept through delivery and continuous evolution.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with Data Analytics, Data Warehousing/Lakehousing, and Data Science-driven initiatives (including AI, ML, LLMs, and optimization projects). Success in this role requires a combination of business acumen, technical curiosity, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Product Ownership: Drive the full product lifecycle — defining vision, strategy, and measurable outcomes from ideation through launch and ongoing support.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Business Analysis: Partner with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists to identify problems, validate assumptions, and translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Agile Delivery & Project Leadership: Lead product development efforts using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP), prioritize backlogs, and adjust roadmaps to meet evolving business priorities.
  • Data Exploration & Decision Support: Leverage data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc.) to inform product decisions, validate business outcomes, and support continuous improvement.
  • Strategic & Tactical Roadmap Management: Balance near-term execution with long-term product vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Business Process Analysis & Optimization: Challenge assumptions, promote data-driven solutions, and guide stakeholders toward iterative, pragmatic outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business teams, engineering, and data science to maximize product value.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee UAT, production deployment, post-launch support, and eventual sunset planning when applicable.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years of Product Management experience with a strong foundation in Business Analysis.
  • Proven track record with Data Analytics, Data Warehousing/Lakehousing, or Data Science-driven products.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and backlog management tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira (required).
  • Ability to define and track KPIs and success metrics tied to business impact.
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset — comfortable using SQL, Excel, or other analytics tools (SQL preferred).
  • Strong ability to break down complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exposure to machine learning models and AI-driven product development is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent products (2–3) and prioritize across competing initiatives.
  • Thrives in a flexible, pragmatic environment that values critical thinking over rigid process adherence.
