Title: Sr. Project Manager (Digital Transformation)
Location: Onsite, Las Vegas, NV Monday through Thursday, 10 hour days
Compensation: $58.00-$62.00/hr
Duration: 1 year, possibility for extension

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
- Our Client’s Digital Services team is seeking a qualified Senior Project Manager for projects involving enterprise platforms and solutions, and digital transformation.
- The candidate should be available at full time for a minimum of 1 year.
Duties, Scope of Work, and/or Milestones
- Reviews and evaluates projects and the internal project management processes; coordinates with Client or contract staff and ensures projects’ goals and objectives are achieved.
- Provides navigation through complex and sensitive project areas and supports the Business Analyst team on project issues.
- Assists in developing procedures and standards for the projects to which they are assigned.
- Develops deployment strategies for Business Systems Analysts under the framework of Client's IT’s goals for projects.
- Reviews and analyzes alternatives and makes recommendations regarding procedure development and project implementation standards.
- Confers with and represents Client in meetings with staff from other departments, representatives of governmental, community, business, professional and public agencies and the public.
- Leads the work of professional, technical or support staff on a project or day-to-day basis under the direction of the IT Manager.
- Supports the maintenance of and/or maintains accurate records and files related to assignments.
- Prepares a variety of technical, statistical and narrative reports, correspondence and other written materials.
- Contributes to the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit's service to its customers by offering suggestions and directing or participating as an active member of a work team.
- Uses standard office equipment, including a computer, in the course of the work; specified positions may drive a Client or personal motor vehicle to attend meetings and visit work

- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six Sigma certification
- Strong Agile project management methodologies
- Service Now or Salesforce
- Generative and Agentic AI
- Document Management Systems
- Case Management Systems
OTHER:
- Preferably in-person interviews
- Will the selected person work on site 100%? No
- Any remote work?
- If yes, how much per week? Yes, negotiable. Probably more in-person initially, and more remote allowed once up to speed.
- Takes 2-4 weeks to clear the Client Criminal background check.
- And the background check must be cleared prior to start.
