About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead the buildout of our launch support plan and coordinate all activities leading up to and through the go-live of our global rollout of a new Human Capital Management (HCM) System. This role will play a critical part in ensuring a smooth and successful system launch, aligning cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, and driving readiness across business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Launch Planning & Readiness

Develop a comprehensive launch support plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.

Define and manage cutover, contingency, and hypercare plans for go-live.

Ensure all business units and technology partners are aligned on launch activities and readiness checkpoints.
Project Coordination & Governance

Drive program governance, ensuring effective communication, issue escalation, and decision-making.

Track progress against critical path deliverables, proactively addressing risks and blockers.

Manage cross-functional dependencies across technology, HR, operations, and vendor partners.
Go-Live Execution

Serve as the central point of coordination during launch, ensuring execution of the cutover plan.

Facilitate daily stand-ups and war room sessions during go-live and hypercare.

Track and report on launch status to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with internal business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.

Provide clear, concise, and timely updates to executive sponsors and key stakeholders.

Support change management and communication efforts tied to launch readiness.
Qualifications
-
7+ years of project management experience, including managing technology system launches and go-lives.

Proven track record of developing and executing cutover, launch, and hypercare plans.

Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and deployment methodologies.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Experience in HR technology, enterprise SaaS, or large-scale system rollouts is a plus.
