Title: SAP ERP Manager 
Location: Houston, TX 77042 (hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Duration: Direct Hire role 
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather business requests and prioritize them with the Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Act as liaison between North American users and ERP CoE.
• Serve as local reference for ERP-related topics; ensure ERP CoE involvement when needed.
• Help oversee solution delivery, including upgrades and migrations (S/4 HANA, Fiori, etc.)
• Monitor and support the North American ERP environment, including troubleshooting and testing new functionalities.

Required Competencies:

• SAP ERP functional expertise, especially modules in logistics: MM, SD, PM, PP, WM.
• Strong business/process analysis skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Cloud-based SAP Solutions (S/4 HANA/Fiori).
• Capable in portfolio/performance management.
• Adaptability, customer service orientation, negotiation, and relationship-building.
• Multi-project environment coordination capabilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience including business analysis or service management.
• Portuguese language skills and manufacturing experience nice to have.
