Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Bellevue, WA
Duration: 12+ month contract
Compensation: $41.00 – 46.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support a high-growth technology program with global impact. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of materials across procurement, logistics, and supplier networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to maintain accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in critical supply chain processes. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence operational excellence while supporting a mission that delivers transformative connectivity worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will:
- Manage purchase request (PUR) tickets to support procurement activities and business continuity.
- Own the processing and tracking of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), including logistics, customs clearance, and coordination of pickups.
- Monitor and track materials end-to-end to ensure documentation accuracy, shipping compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with suppliers to confirm quality and resolve discrepancies, ensuring products are received in acceptable condition.
- Leverage Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and analysis) to manage data, track trends, and provide visibility into supply chain performance.
- Support tactical procurement operations and contribute to scalable process improvements.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management.
- Proven ability to track, analyze, and manage supply chain data with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for effective cross-functional and supplier coordination.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Background in external vendor management.
- Knowledge of supply chain inventory or logistics systems.
