Title: Analyst, HR Technology 

Rate: $30–34/hour W2

Location: Addison, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Ongoing Contract

Description:

The Analyst, HR Technology – Americas, will partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop the organization’s most important asset, its Team Members. You will be part of the HR Technology team, reporting to the Director, HR Product Technology, and work on projects including large-scale global and regional HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities:

As the Analyst, HR Technology – Americas, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting HR technology teams with projects such as new implementations, quarterly system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives.

  • Supporting ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing, including triaging and managing tier 1 issues.

  • Collaborating with the security team to manage user system access to global HR systems, including role provisioning, issue resolution, and liaison with global IT.

  • Partnering with HRIT and Americas HR teams to support the expansion of global HR systems (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Payroll) in the Americas region.

  • Assisting in testing HR technology systems and processes, identifying and resolving bugs or issues.

  • Coordinating, gathering, entering, and updating Team Member information in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Working closely with Corporate and Hotel HR, Finance, and IT teams to support HR initiatives.

  • Partnering with functional owners to recommend product/process enhancements to business partners.

Qualifications:

To successfully fill this role, candidates should demonstrate:

  • Fluency in Spanish (Portuguese is a plus, but not required).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate or similar environment.

  • At least 1 year of experience in HR (common HR transactions), customer service, or a customer-facing role.

  • At least 1 year of experience with Global HCM Applications (preferably Oracle HCM Cloud).

  • At least 1 year of experience using ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing platforms.

  • At least 1 year of experience facilitating virtual or in-person training.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Understanding of software development cycles and basic coding concepts.
