Software QA Lead – Generative AI Applications

We're looking for a Software QA Lead to own the quality strategy and execution for enterprise-grade Generative AI (Chatbot) applications. You'll ensure accuracy, performance, and ethical compliance across AI systems while driving end-to-end testing of web applications powered by LLMs and RAG workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Lead QA strategy for full-stack AI applications (front-end, back-end, AI workflows).
• Validate generative AI models (LLMs) and RAG pipelines for accuracy and reliability.
• Design and execute user-focused test cases for real-world chatbot interactions.
• Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing in enterprise environments.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure fairness, inclusivity, and ethical compliance in AI outputs.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven QA leadership in full-stack web applications and AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with performance testing, CI/CD, and agile practices.
• Knowledge of ethical AI and bias testing.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-driven testing tools and conversational AI validation.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
