Description:

• The IAM Program Manager – Authentication is responsible for leading the planning, building, delivery, and support of the multi- factor authentication adoption program. This role focuses on safeguarding our organization, enhancing user experience, and supporting strategic business objectives through heavy collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• This role will be accountable for engaging with the business segments and providing them guidance on the appropriate MFA solutions for their organization as well as guiding them through the processes required for getting those solutions in the hands of the users.
• There will be continuous analysis and coordination as we move the program forward and show progress with adoption while gathering and incorporating feedback on the program.
• We will be rolling out a self service ordering component of this program as well including adjusting and existing tool and process to fit our stakeholders' needs.

Basic Qualification:

• 6+ years of program management
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Ability to speak well in front of leaders from across the enterprise while also engaging tactical teams to progress the adoption of the program

• Bachelor's Degree
