Description:

• The Braze Architect will be an integral part of the Marketing Operations- Data team. This team is responsible in supporting the delivery of key marketing data capabilities for audience segmentation and management as well as involvement in other core related activities (e.g. risk and issue identification and resolution, reporting, tools administration etc.)
• This role will require you to design and implement technical solutions using the Braze platform.
• Primary responsibilities include designing data integrations, configuring the platform, implementing SDKs and APIs, and providing technical guidance to clients for effective use of the platform.

Job Duties:

• Technical solution design: Translates high-level business requirements into scalable and robust technical architectures within the Braze platform.
• Implementation and configuration: Manages the entire implementation process, from initial setup like implementing the SDKs and APIs to configuring campaigns, segments, and user journeys.
• Data integration: Architects and implements data pipelines to connect Braze with other systems, such as data warehouses and customer databases, to ensure real-time data flow.
• Client consultation: Acts as a technical liaison, working with client teams to understand their needs, develop use cases, and guide them through the implementation process.
• Technical guidance: Conducts technical workshops and training to help client teams use the platform effectively and independently.
• Quality assurance and troubleshooting: Ensures the technical solutions are sound by conducting reviews and troubleshooting any issues that arise during implementation.

Basic Qualifications:

• Technical expertise: Strong understanding of the Braze platform's features, SDKs, APIs, and its underlying streaming data architecture.
• Data architecture: Experience in designing data models, migration plans, and integration strategies.
• Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
