Sales Contact Data Verification Contractor

Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented contractors to assist with a Salesforce contact data cleanup project. The role involves contacting our sales representatives, reviewing their assigned accounts, and updating contact information in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Responsibilities:

• Call approximately 200 sales representatives (distributed among team members if multiple contractors are hired).
• Review and confirm account details for each rep (10–15 accounts per rep).
• Verify and update contact information for each account (3–5 contacts per account) in Salesforce.
• Ensure all data is accurate, complete, and formatted according to company standards.
• Document any discrepancies or missing information and follow up as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company data security policies.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (comfortable making phone calls and speaking with sales reps).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet connection and phone access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in data cleanup projects or CRM management.
• Familiarity with Sales operations processes.
