Movers & Shakers is a biannual event held in Colombia, where, over three days, high-performing team members from around the world participate in an immersive experience focused on reflecting on our achievements, aligning on our future, and celebrating the impact we create together.
Centered around a unique theme each edition, the agenda combines keynote sessions, strategic discussions, interactive workshops, and a cross-functional hackathon where participants collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to design innovative solutions in record time. The experience strengthens leadership, encourages collaboration across teams and regions, and provides opportunities to explore new technical skills while learning from colleagues with diverse expertise.
