Contract-to-hire
Pay: $21-$23/hour
INSPRY Solutions has teamed up with a large non-profit organization located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago who is in search of an HR Generalist. Please note that this role will be fully onsite and operate Monday – Friday; 8am – 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities: 

• Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on policies and procedures
• Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans
• Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Assist with payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee data reporting
• Support organizational initiatives such as diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and employee engagement programs

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2+ years of HR Generalist experience
• Non-profit exeprience is preferred
• Must be strong with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be comfortable with a contract-to-hire position
• Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week
