Title:  SAP Analyst – Plant Maintenance
Location: Irving, TX area (3 days onsite)
Duration: Full Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Configure and support SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) functionality within a complex enterprise environment.
• Support maintenance operations tied to work orders, asset maintenance, preventive maintenance, and operational workflows.
• Troubleshoot SAP PM configuration and system-related issues while supporting ongoing business operations.
• Partner with operations and maintenance teams to improve system usage, process efficiency, and user adoption.
• Support enterprise ERP transformation initiatives and future-state modernization projects.
• Assist with testing, deployments, go-live support, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Support mobile maintenance applications and field-based maintenance technology solutions.
• Provide end-user training and functional support for maintenance and operational teams.
• Work cross-functionally with IT, operations, maintenance, and project stakeholders across multiple sites.
• Travel occasionally to support implementations, operational needs, and site initiatives.

What Are We Looking For
• 5+ years of experience supporting SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) environments.
• Strong background in SAP PM configuration and maintenance operations workflows.
• Experience supporting work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, and operational maintenance processes.
• Experience supporting mobile maintenance solutions or SAP-integrated mobile technologies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train end users.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and operate in both project and production support environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise ERP environments within industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or operational organizations preferred.
• Exposure to modern SAP environments and ERP transformation initiatives is a plus.
