Job Summary
This individual will partner with talented teams working cross-functionally with brand marketing, growth marketing, user acquisition, ASO and owned channels, while building best-in-class creative content that honors our commitment to quality. This Project Manager will join the Mobile UA Creative Marketing team and assist in trafficking assets with external agencies as well as partnering with internal creative services teams.

The right candidate must have the ability to think ahead, work independently, but also contribute cross-functionally to benefit the business, driving engagement and acquisition. While impeccable project management skills sit at the core of this role, this individual can also contribute at the strategic level to aid in competitive research and creative optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Resource Management: Gather, save, and route supporting information and assets into individual tickets and requests across cross-functional teams
• Work with internal and external partners to upload content for Growth team's acquisition and brand campaigns
• Work across departments and multiple stakeholders to communicate correct specs and best practices
• QA / QC creative assets and provide direction/clarification to vendors for day-to-day projects
• Route creative assets to internal legal and localization teams for review and approval
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables align with best practices and specifications
• Package up and delivery of all final files and backups to sites and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. Entertainment or gaming background preferred.
• Proactive nature to identify and flag issues
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Sharp attention to detail
• Must be able to multitask multiple creative projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Monday.com, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets and Docs to track all production work in progress
