Title: Analytics Analyst (Adobe Analytics)
Location: Remote (If located in Houston, it will be hybrid)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Points:

• Ability and interest in designing, implementing, and testing analytics is required
• We are looking for someone with an Adobe Analytics (or similar) background who likes writing technical requirements and designing how to implement analytics, rather than just pulling reports and dashboards
• This position will be fully remote, unless the candidate is local to Houston, in which case it will be hybrid in 77002

 
Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Implementation Analyst that will work primarily with multiple IT Teams to design, implement, test, and verify implementations requiring digital analytics.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for new products, site enhancements and site redesigns
• Interface and collaborate with business and marketing managers to provide digital analytics support for web strategies and initiatives
• Design, Implement, and Test analytics via Adobe Analytics on web, mobile app, and "offline” or disjointed analytics data using and following a standardized SDR

 
Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years in digital analytics (2+ being with Adobe Analytics) with ideally 3-6+ years of combined experience in digital analytics implementation
• Bachelor's degree required – emphasis on business analysis, project management, marketing, communications, or information systems
• Proven ability to create analytics implementation documents and see thru completion
• Required ability to read basic HTML

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven ability in understanding key analytics topics related to adobe analytics such as evars.
• Expertise in product string tracking and in general complex Adobe concepts such as data sources
• Ability to work independently to meet multiple project deadlines; handle multiple tasks – switching priorities and focus as needed
• Ability to learn new software and concepts quickly; ability to learn and adapt to evolving conditions and fluid requirements
• Passion for detail with a track record demonstrating initiative, drive and quality output
• Excellent oral, organizational and written communication skills; troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Strong and demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
• Highly organized, creative and attentive to detail; able to manage, prioritize and bring to completion multiple projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility to accommodate different situations and temperaments
• Persistence, resourcefulness, drive, and ability to work proactively and independently
• Master's Degree heavily preferred in business administration, analytics, or marketing

 
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with Customer Journey Analytics and/or Google Analytics is a huge plus but not a substitute for the required Adobe Analytics experience.
• Nice to have: ability to code and implement in Adobe Launch (ability to write JavaScript and basic HTML)

 
Physical Requirements:

• Position is remote if outside Houston, TX however strong preference for Houston Based Candidates which would then be Hybrid.
