Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Network Security Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise network security infrastructure within a highly regulated environment.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies, firewall administration, network segmentation, and infrastructure security operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring network security, performance, reliability, and scalability while supporting modernization and compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support enterprise network security operations across Palo Alto environments
• Execute firewall policy changes and infrastructure updates
• Perform software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities
• Support network security modernization initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex network connectivity and security issues
• Implement and maintain network segmentation strategies
• Administer VPN technologies and secure remote access solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams on strategic initiatives
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to network security, performance, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Network Security Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW platforms
• Experience administering Panorama
• Strong understanding of network segmentation and security zoning
• Experience supporting enterprise firewall environments
• Experience with VPN technologies and secure remote access
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Experience executing production firewall changes independently
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
