Title: Program Manager – Deal Registration & Sales Operations
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: $33 – $53

Program Manager – Deal Registration & Sales Operations
Summary
- Own end-to-end execution of operational programs supporting a deal registration/incentives environment.
- Drive cross-functional delivery across business and technical stakeholders including Compliance, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Engineering, Legal, and Data teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable operational and automation solutions while coordinating execution milestones.
- Manage stakeholder communications, escalations, reporting, and program documentation.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve effectiveness, and influence strategic decisions.
- Operate independently in a fast-moving environment with high visibility and tight deadlines.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Program / Operations experience driving efficiency across multiple teams and functions.
- Cross-functional stakeholder management across distributed/global teams and time zones.
- Technical program partnership experience working with Engineering, PM, and Data Engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with data-driven decision making.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / Google Slides for analysis and executive communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication with excellent documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Deal registration program experience.
- SaaS / platform / Big Tech environment exposure.
- Enterprise sales process knowledge (partner-led and direct sales motions).
- Salesforce or CRM expertise plus deal registration tools.
- Deal Desk, Incentives Operations, or Sales Operations experience.
- Experience operating in global matrix organizations and prior experience.
