Title: Sr. Desktop Support Technician
Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Permanent/Full Time
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Join a collaborative IT team where you'll be the go-to resource for resolving complex desktop and endpoint issues. You'll support Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and AV technology while helping ensure employees have a reliable, secure technology experience.
 

What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced desktop support and troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, and endpoint issues
  • Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Image, deploy, maintain, and retire laptops and other endpoint devices
  • Manage support tickets through ServiceNow and keep documentation up to date
  • Support Teams conference room technology and other AV equipment
  • Assist with IT projects, process improvements, and occasional on-call support

 

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune
  • Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • ITIL or Microsoft/CompTIA certifications are a plus
