Retail Marketing Manager

Summary

• Lead retail marketing strategy and execution for Reality Labs wearable products across first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) retail channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, Insights, Creative, Media, and external agencies to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
• Build data-driven marketing plans that support sales objectives and strengthen brand awareness through multiple marketing channels.
• Measure campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future programs using data-backed insights.
• Manage creative strategy and execution for retail partners while supporting long-term brand growth initiatives.

 
Must-Have Skills
 

• 5+ years of retail marketing experience managing large-scale retail campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing integrated retail marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Insights, Creative, Media, Agencies).
• Retail marketing experience on the agency or client side.
• Experience creating marketing strategy, creative strategy, campaign execution, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing data to improve campaign performance.

 
Nice-to-Have Skills
 

• Consumer electronics industry experience (Meta, Google, Walmart, Best Buy, etc.).
• Brand strategy experience.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting Reality Labs, wearable technology, or consumer hardware products.
