Senior Technical Program Manager
 
Summary

• Lead multiple cross-functional programs from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, finance, product, and engineering teams.
• Manage project portfolios, track milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive operational excellence by improving project management processes, governance, and documentation.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and maintain business continuity in a fast-paced environment.

 
Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, finance, product, engineering, and operations teams.
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, and tracking deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level presentations and reporting.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace.
• Workforce planning and budget management experience.

 
Nice-to-Have Skills

• Technical background.
• PMP certification or PMP methodology experience.
• Anaplan experience.
• Experience implementing AI initiatives or managing AI-related projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise strategic initiatives and process improvement.
