ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Adoption & Enablement Consultant

Duration: 6-Month Contract (Extension Potential)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Adoption & Enablement Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) platform. This role will partner with PMO leadership, Project Managers, Program Managers, and business stakeholders to drive user adoption, deliver training, establish best practices, and develop process documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the ServiceNow SPM subject matter expert.
• Lead user adoption, training sessions, workshops, and office hours.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, job aids, and knowledge articles.
• Support portfolio governance, demand management, resource planning, and reporting processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with change management, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting SPM/PPM solutions.
• Experience training PMOs, Project Managers, and business users.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio, program, project, demand, and resource management.
• Experience creating training materials and process documentation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• PMP or related project management certification
• Experience with organizational change management and enterprise PMOs
