Title: Program Manager III

We are looking for a Program Manager III to support a sustainability-focused data foundations team responsible for greenhouse gas emissions measurement, forecasting, and reporting. This individual will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, support analytical and reporting activities, and ensure key deliverables remain on schedule.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive day-to-day execution across active workstreams related to GHG inventory, emissions forecasting, measurement, and supplier emissions.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, project trackers, status reports, and executive-ready updates.
  • Prepare agendas and facilitate recurring team meetings and cross-functional syncs.
  • Document decisions, assign action items, and follow through to completion.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting activities, including executive meeting preparation and presentation development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain data and process flows from source systems through reporting and disclosures.
  • Support incoming research, data, and analytical requests.
  • Track progress against targets, internal KPIs, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform or support basic data pulls, quality assurance, validation, and reporting analysis.
  • Communicate program updates, risks, and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage shifting priorities and ambiguous requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, physical sciences, mathematics, engineering, accounting, statistics, business, environmental studies, sustainability, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or project coordination, ideally supporting technical or data-oriented teams.
  • Familiarity with corporate greenhouse gas emissions accounting, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
  • Experience with emissions forecasting, scenario modeling, or related analytical processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.
  • Strong presentation and deck-development skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience presenting data and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, including under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple teams.
  • Ability to operate successfully in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Professional experience using AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of current greenhouse gas emissions practices and broader sustainability reporting trends.
  • Experience supporting corporate GHG inventories, emissions measurement, supplier emissions, or net-zero initiatives.
  • Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
  • Experience creating dashboards or data visualizations using Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Python sufficient to run, review, or validate basic data pulls.
  • Familiarity with external sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, or SASB.
  • Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Experience preparing recurring reports, status updates, and executive-level presentations.
