Compensation Analyst III – Richardson, TX (100% Onsite)

We are partnering with our client to identify an experienced Compensation Analyst III to support the design, administration, and execution of compensation programs within a large corporate environment. This role will play a key part in salary planning, compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver competitive and equitable compensation solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support and administer compensation programs, including base salary, merit planning, incentive programs, and compensation initiatives.

  • Lead and support annual salary planning and merit cycle processes.

  • Conduct market pricing, salary benchmarking, and internal equity analysis to provide compensation recommendations.

  • Analyze compensation data and develop insights to support business decisions.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations.

  • Manage compensation projects, timelines, and process improvements from planning through execution.

  • Support compensation communications, training, and rollout of compensation programs.

  • Review compensation processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Ensure compensation practices align with company policies and compliance requirements.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for HR leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dedicated compensation experience (7+ years preferred).

  • Hands-on experience supporting annual salary planning, merit cycles, and compensation program administration.

  • Strong experience with market pricing, salary surveys, job benchmarking, and pay analysis.

  • Experience managing compensation projects and working independently.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and provide recommendations.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, modeling).

  • Experience working with compensation systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication skills with experience partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.

  • Experience supporting compensation programs in a large corporate or Fortune 500 environment.

  • Experience with incentive compensation and equity programs.

Additional Details

  • Location: Richardson, TX

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully onsite

  • Employment Type: Direct Hire

  • Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 base salary
