ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

The Engineering Program Manager will join the Channel Strategy & Operations team and lead the successful delivery of this team’s consumer-facing AI products.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Lead program management efforts across the full product lifecycle, including early engagement on architecture, feature definition, and execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and partner organizations to drive alignment and delivery
• Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program updates and escalation of critical issues to executive stakeholders
• Break down complex problems into structured discussions to drive decision-making and alignment across teams
• Build and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path tracking, and consistent status reporting
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively re-plan as needed to keep programs on track
• Drive alignment across teams and ensure on-time delivery and deployment of key initiatives
• Define milestones, checkpoints, and success metrics to track progress and execution
• Proactively identify issues and mobilize the right resources to resolve them efficiently
• Coordinate across teams to prioritize work, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure product quality and schedule adherence

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• 5+ years of Engineering Program Management experience working on cross-functional products and software engineering teams
  • Experience leading multiple work streams concurrently, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Experience managing projects involving LLM-based products or AI-driven systems
  • Understanding of the internal workings of shipping consumer-facing AI products
  • Experience collaborating closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience leveraging agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to drive efficiencies across the project management lifecycle, including planning, documentation, workflow automation, and status reporting
