Title:Software Engineer III

We are looking for a Software Engineer III with strong backend engineering and systems integration experience. This role will focus on integrating new and acquired products or systems into existing platforms, building and maintaining reliable end-to-end integration workflows, and adapting solutions as underlying systems evolve. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing production-quality integrations, can ramp up quickly in complex technical environments, and works effectively with both engineering and cross-functional partners.
 

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Design, build, and support integrations between new products or systems and existing platforms.
• Build and configure end-to-end integration workflows and pipelines for well-defined use cases.
• Develop, configure, and maintain production-quality backend software.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as APIs, platforms, and underlying systems evolve.
• Integrate newly developed or acquired systems into established technical environments.
• Ensure integrations align with existing technical and compliance frameworks.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and drive solutions through implementation.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional partners throughout the onboarding and integration process.
• Work effectively within a small engineering team while delivering against tight project timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Systems Integration, or a related technical role.
• Proven hands-on experience building software or system integrations between different platforms.
• Strong backend/software engineering skills with experience writing and configuring production-quality code.
• Programming experience with Hack, Python, and Java.
• Experience with system integration, backend integration, APIs, or platform integrations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar tools, platforms, and systems and become productive with limited ramp-up time.
• Ability to adapt technical solutions as systems, requirements, and platforms evolve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working at large-scale technology companies, such as Google, Microsoft, or comparable Big Tech organizations.
• Previous experience working in complex, large-scale engineering environments.
• Experience working within small engineering teams or pods on tight delivery timelines.
• Experience integrating newly developed or acquired systems into existing platforms.
• Experience with compliance frameworks or integrations operating within established compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting complex backend or platform integration initiatives.
