Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to support a supply chain-focused digital product centered around order management and order-to-cash processes. This person will step into an active program and take ownership of critical product, process, and feature enhancement work.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical foundation—potentially coming from data analysis, supply chain analytics, or senior business analysis—and has progressed into product management or product ownership. This person needs to be able to dig into complex processes, work directly with users, identify root causes, and translate problems into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product initiatives within a supply chain/order management platform.
- Work directly with users to understand processes, identify gaps and pain points, and determine root causes.
- Translate business and user needs into product features, enhancements, and remediation plans.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, engineering, data governance, and other stakeholders.
- Determine whether issues stem from the product, underlying business processes, or data quality/governance and drive the appropriate next steps.
- Support critical feature enhancements through the product development lifecycle.
- Contribute to user workflows and lightweight UI/UX concepts or mockups when needed.
- Operate within an Agile environment and support delivery while identifying potential risks or issues.
- Work with AI-enabled functionality related to order intake and automation.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, ideally operating with manager or senior-manager-level ownership.
- Background in data analysis, business analysis, supply chain analytics, product management, or product ownership.
- Strong experience with supply chain, order management, order-to-cash, or related processes.
- Experience defining product features and working through the product development lifecycle.
- Strong process analysis, critical thinking, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to work directly with users, ask the right questions, and turn complex or inefficient processes into actionable improvements.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to independently take ownership of a complex program.
Preferred
- Experience with an Order Management System (OMS).
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
- Experience with tools such as FullStory or similar product/user analytics platforms.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products or workflows.
- Experience contributing to UI/UX concepts or basic mockups.

- Competitive pay
- 401(k) retirement plan
- …and much more!
