Junior Treasury Analyst

Location: San Antonio, TX (100% Onsite)
Salary: $65,000 – $79,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Treasury Analyst to support daily cash management and banking activities. This role is a good fit for someone early in their Treasury, Accounting, or Finance career who is comfortable working with numbers, bank reconciliations, and time-sensitive transactions.

The position will work closely with Accounting and other internal teams to help ensure cash activity is accurate, properly recorded, and completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile a high volume of bank accounts and research discrepancies.
• Assist with daily cash positioning and account balancing.
• Process and track ACH payments, wire transfers, and check activity.
• Monitor cash balances and identify shortages or variances.
• Verify lockbox and deposit activity.
• Maintain loan payment schedules and support payment processing.
• Research unusual or potentially fraudulent banking activity.
• Maintain supporting documentation for Treasury transactions.
• Assist with audit requests and account-related inquiries.
• Work closely with Accounting to resolve bank and general ledger differences.
• Use Kyriba and Yardi to support daily Treasury and cash-management activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1+ year of experience in Treasury, cash management, Accounting, banking, or a related Finance function.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, ACH payments, and wire transfers preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Comfortable working with daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Kyriba and/or Yardi is a plus, but not required.

This role is well suited for an early-career candidate with exposure to Treasury operations, corporate Accounting, property Accounting, banking, or cash-management functions who is looking to build deeper experience in Treasury.
