Title: Project Manager, Financial Systems Integration (Azure) 
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (hybrid) 
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: $65-75/Hour

Overview
Our client needs an experienced Project Manager to take over a large integration project that's already underway. The project is rebuilding the client's BizTalk integration layer in Azure so its financial systems can talk to each other, including NetSuite and Dynamics 365. The platform team delivers in Agile. Because the project is funded through a Capital Expenditure Request, it also has to be governed and reported in a waterfall framework. You'll connect those two worlds, working closely with the Scrum Master, Product Owner and development team to bring structure, financial tracking and executive-level visibility to the work.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the project mid-flight: assess its current state, find gaps and set a path forward
• Define and formalize project milestones, which aren't fully established yet, and track them in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Maintain a waterfall governance layer over Agile delivery to meet CapEx reporting requirements
• Manage project financials, including budget tracking, forecasting and CapEx reporting, in ServiceNow and ADO
• Track progress with ADO milestones, burndown charts and sprint metrics
• Attend stand-ups and Agile ceremonies to stay close to delivery, observing and listening rather than running them
• Prepare and present executive summaries, status reports and readouts for leadership
• Work with the Product Owner and Scrum Master on priorities, dependencies, risks and timelines
• Coordinate across finance, IT and business stakeholders on a multi-system integration effort

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT project management experience, including large integration or ERP-related projects
• Hands-on experience running hybrid delivery, with waterfall governance over Agile/Scrum teams
• Strong skills in Azure DevOps: milestones, burndown, boards and reporting
• Experience managing project financials in ServiceNow (SPM/PPM)
• Proven ability to write and deliver executive-level summaries and readouts
• Experience with CapEx-funded projects and capital reporting requirements
• Strong communication skills and comfort working across technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial systems integrations involving NetSuite, Dynamics 365 or similar ERPs
• Familiarity with BizTalk and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Azure Functions)
• Experience on middleware modernization or migration projects
• PMP, PMI-ACP or a similar certification
