ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage complex participant scheduling tasks for user studies. The Project Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of data collection, including recruiting participants, scheduling sessions, following up on cancellations or changes, and ensuring all necessary security forms are completed.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Project Manager will interface directly with participants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of studies.

  • Lead participant recruiting and scheduling efforts for user studies

  • Manage communications with participants, ensuring timely follow-ups and rescheduling when necessary

  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on study logistics and timelines

  • Ensure participants complete all required documentation and security protocols

  • Track progress and report regularly on scheduling status, risks, and resolutions

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data privacy and compliance
