Title:  Product Manager
Location:  Orlando, FL- Hybrid (4 Days Onsite)
Duration:  12 Month Contract
Compensation: $78-$84/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

Responsibilities:

• Work with area leaders to drive specific efforts to completion
• Partner with internal teams and business stakeholders to identify and help prioritize product needs and help translate business needs to functional requirements that could be implemented to enhance SPOT products (i.e. VEP, Contrak, etc..)
• Document and educate stakeholders on SPOT processes, tools, products and enhancements
• Communicate and ensure on-time delivery for several business efforts

 
Skillset / Experience:

• Advanced degree (minimum, Bachelor's degree) in a relevant field from an accredited university

• Experience managing cross functional projects working seamlessly with various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Customer and results oriented.
• Capable of developing solutions to complex, integrated business problems.
• Ability to influence executive-level associates and bring issues to resolution.

• Highly analytical, collaborative, and able to work effectively at various levels of the organization and champion a culture of innovation

 
Nice to Have:

• Experience managing technical projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
