Title: Project Manager – Payment & Reimbursement Manager
Location: Remote US
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $45-65/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Summary
The ideal candidate will be a top performer with experience at a high-tech global organization, a global consulting firm, or a data science role supporting business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also comfortable diving into the details and managing complex, large-scale financial operations.
– Support development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for Global Expense, Cards, Payment programs, establishing robust policies and processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
– Support adoption and optimization of corporate card programs, enhancing financial efficiency and accountability through improved tracking, issuing, and reconciliation processes.
– Support RFP work on vendor review & selection to enable business objectives of optimizing fraud compliance, experience, efficiency.
– Support management of outsourced operations
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Generalist PM type – travel & expense preferred but not required.
Take briefs and project scopes and work closely w/ XFN team and drive things forward.
– Support development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for Global Expense, Cards, Payment programs, establishing robust policies and processes that support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
– Support adoption and optimization of corporate card programs, enhancing financial efficiency and accountability through improved tracking, issuing, and reconciliation processes.
– Support RFP work on vendor review & selection to enable business objectives of optimizing fraud compliance, experience, efficiency.
– Support management of outsourced operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8+ years of business experience, with at least 5 years in Finance Operations or a related field, including global operations.
- Demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments, navigating complex organizational structures and collaboration.
- Experience with data tools and platforms such as Concur, Oracle, and Excel, with experience analyzing financial data and preparing financial reporting outputs. Experience leading projects with the ability to set clear priorities and manage multiple demands and resources effectively.
- Proven track record of improving processes through innovation, automation, and operational excellence.
- Experience working with cross-functional partners and leadership to effectively communicate and set project expectations.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance aspects of financial management is a plus. Proven ability to self-serve, investigate and get the required data necessary for the management of business projects. Experience in leading outsourced teams, managing supplier relationships, effectively.

Degrees/Certifications
