Title: Technical Recruiter 
Compensation: 
$40.00-$48.00/Hour
Duration: 6+ month contract 
Location: Tampa, FL *Must be local to Tampa* 
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S

Overview: 
As a Technology Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment of technical professional and managerial positions. You will develop diverse candidate pools and pipelines for each position they are working on, and successfully manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Develop search strategies and overall staffing needs for the tech organization.
  • Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process timeline, roles, and responsibilities, as well as, promoting candidate diversity.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment trends, target companies, innovative sourcing techniques such as CMS, industry events, networking, job boards, cold calling, external research, etc.
  • Identify and recruit passive candidates and build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Review applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description.
  • Ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented.
  • Effectively phone screen or interview all applicants and make recommendations to hiring managers for interview selection.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and gather interview feedback from candidates and interview team.
  • Decide, with hiring managers, next steps in the process.
  • Partner with Recruitment Manager and Compensation to discuss offer parameters and extend and negotiate all offers.
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday) and the Contact Management System (CMS) are consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance.
  • Review monthly/quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target time to fill, aging and other TAS metrics are on track.
  • Attend career fairs and other networking events as a representative of the Bank and TAS.
