Duration: Long Term contract
Schedule: 100% On-Site | Monday through Friday
Availability: Candidates must be available to interview and start ASAP

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience to provide comprehensive administrative support to a department or individual within our organization. This position is fully on-site in Midland, TX, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages for department personnel.
- Perform a variety of general administrative duties including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry, and internet research projects.
- Provide callers and visitors with accurate company information as needed.
- Sort and distribute mail; prepare and coordinate overnight packages and other deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Ensure all common areas are tidy, organized, and stocked.
- Perform other clerical duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative support experience in a professional office setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant, professional, customer-service approach.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
