Title: ServiceNow Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (CST working hours)

ABOUT THIS FEATURED OPPORTUNITY

Join a high-impact initiative focused on transforming the internal HR (People Site Team) experience through ServiceNow. This project is centered around building a people site that will serve as a central hub for all internal HR-related functions. A virtual assistant—powered by ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent—will guide employees through HR-related tasks via intuitive web forms and chatbot interactions, escalating to live agents when needed. Initial rollout is in select countries, with U.S. expansion underway. Aim is to maximize the full suite of ServiceNow capabilities. Looking for a consultant with deep understanding of ServiceNow features to help architect and build a robust solution. The project is currently in the design phase; focus is on development and configuration of the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.

THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

This is a hands-on consulting opportunity where your expertise in ServiceNow—particularly Virtual Agent and HRSD—will shape a high-visibility, enterprise-level solution. You’ll collaborate closely with conversation designers and technical teams to bring a seamless HR service experience to life.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

1. Virtual Agent Module Experience – 5+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow’s Virtual Agent module
2. Conversation Design Expertise – Experience working with or alongside conversation designers to create intuitive and user-friendly virtual agent flows
3. Configuration & Implementation – Hands-on experience configuring, customizing, and deploying virtual agents within ServiceNow

NICE TO HAVES

1. Previous experience working with Apple or similar high-performance organizations
2. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with excellent communication skills
