Description:
The Growth Marketing team is tasked with driving new subscriber growth for globally. The team is responsible for the planning, execution and optimization
of user acquisition via paid media campaigns. The Paid Media Operations & Tech
team's focus is to provide strategies, processes, and technologies that will enable
performance marketing to scale globally with consistency and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and distribute first party audiences to our marketing platforms utilizing our data management tools
- Project manage and provide updates on critical audience initiatives
- Regularly audit and update our audience setup
- Work closely with Acquisition & xLOB stakeholders to identify new audience segmentation use cases and coordinate with Data Product on requirements for paid media enablement and activation
- Utilize holistic project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, & Google Sheets
- Support the Audience Manager on projects related to future-proofing thepaid media martech stack
- Support A/B testing, incrementality studies, and other performance measurement techniques to validate and evolve targeting tactics.
Basic Qualification:
- 3+ years experience in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, Advertising In-house Marketing or Agency experience
- Experience working across marketing channels such as social, programmatic, search, CTV to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals
- Familiarity with consent management and privacy-first marketing practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, VPPA).
- Understanding of martech stack architecture (e.g., how CDPs, CRMs, and ad platforms integrate)
- Knowledge of cross-device attribution and identity resolution
- Knowledge of data enrichment, propensity modeling, or customer lifecycle frameworks.
- Detailed oriented with proven success in process development and execution
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally with media, legal, data product and tech/engineering teams.
- Passion for storytelling, audience behavior, and entertainment marketing.
