Title: Partner Success Manager 
Location: Remote US 
Duration: 12 months
Compensation: estimated $60-80/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for ensuring our partners effectively adopt and utilize the resources of our creation software and assets to build content for the internal platform on Mobile. This role involves providing support and strategic guidance to maximize product usage and value realization for our creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with new creators, understanding their needs in order to ensure successful product adoption by connecting them to the right resources at the right time.
  • Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new Tier 1 creators, connecting them to resources that help them to become proficient in using our products.
  • Product Utilization Monitoring: Track and analyze partner usage of our resources and products, identifying opportunities for increased adoption and engagement.
  • Strategic Guidance: Work with partners to develop strategies that align creating for our platform with their business goals, ensuring they are on the path to derive maximum value from creating for the platform.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing or connecting them to expert support and helping them to resolve product-related issues.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from partners on the performance and usability of our products and resources, and share this information with internal teams.
  • Communication and Updates: Keep partners informed about product updates, new features, and best practices to enhance their experience and usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software products quickly.
  • Analytical skills to assess product usage and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
