Job Title: Flight Support Assistant

Location: Onsite in Richardson, TX

We are looking for a driven and responsible Flight Support Assistant who will work closely with crew members. THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU

• Assist in crew briefings, mission planning, and performing critical roles in field operations.
• Ensure a safe operational environment.

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS

• Hold a current and valid FAA Part 107 certification.
• 2+ years of work experience or completed Associates Degree.
• Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work 40 hours per week, and overtime as required.
• Able to lift equipment and carry out physical activity with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to travel for up to 2 weeks at a time.

NICE TO HAVES

• Interest in the aviation industry.
• Ability to work Independently.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills

Including:

• Lifting: The ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds of equipment, including drones, batteries, and related gear, as part of dally operational tasks.
• Bending and Flexibility: The role may involve bending, squatting, and other physical movements to set up, maintain, or retrieve equipment and perform operational tasks.
• Standing: The candidate should be capable of standing for extended periods, particularly during drone setup, takeoff, and landing procedures.
• Climbing Ladders: Depending on the specific operational requirements, the candidate may need to ascend and descend ladders or elevated platforms to access drones, perform maintenance, or conduct inspections,
• Visual Acuity: Good visual acuity, Including the ability to Identify and respond to obstacles, hazards, or changes in flight conditions during drone operations.
