Title: Incentive Compensation Analyst
Compensation: $29.00-$33.50/Hour
Location: Glendale, CA *Hybrid*
Duration: 12 month contract
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working in the financial services industry with direct experience in commission processing. Requires basic understanding of incentive compensation in the broker/dealer, insurance or other commission-based sales environment. Performs accounting activities such as posting, balancing & reconcile daily batches.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and especially problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have a strong solution-oriented mind-set.
- Strong general technology knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office with Excel skills required.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS ROLE: Assists in managing compensation and referral systems and ensuring compensation and commissions are processed accurately.
