Title: Project Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 12 Month Initial Contract
Compensation: $57- $67/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
Project Manager
Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and dashboards to track progress and communicate with stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, manage risks and issues, and ensure clear documentation of decisions and actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and align project deliverables with business needs.
- Ensure alignment with governance and compliance standards, including identity and access management best practices.
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership and project sponsors.
- Support resource coordination across teams and escalate resource gaps or conflicts as needed.
- Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders and ensure shared understanding across all involved parties.
- Coordinate efforts with vendors and third-party partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- High level leadership on the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard, allocating resources across the multiple projects
- Define project governance policies and managing the financial concerns of the program.
- Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving infrastructure and security domains.
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Identity and access management process and systems; Microsoft active directory; server and networking fundamentals experience preferred
