Description:

  • Our Marketing organization is seeking a contractor assignment for the Senior Manager, Product Marketing role. This role is responsible for crafting the product marketing strategies for Perks loyalty program, and for executing them across critical program launch and sustain milestones. This role will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and functional leads including Product, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Partnerships & Experiential, Creative, Analytics, Insights, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, PR, Social, Customer Care, Legal and Finance.
  • The ideal candidate has experience leading loyalty and full-funnel marketing strategies for a large brand and has worked extensively with product and engineering teams to bring marketing experience to life across the user journey. They are highly analytical, creative, and have an in-depth understanding of messaging and product positioning to scale a digital product, all while simultaneously being able to understand and optimize product user experiences and nuances.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product marketing strategy inclusive of the loyalty program launch, post-launch milestones and broader strategic collaborations with other TWDC streaming platforms (i.e. Disney+, ESPN)
  • Lead product development and product performance conversations with product, design and external vendor to ensure our loyalty solutions and evolutions meet and exceed our subscribers' needs. Assist with tradeoS decisions and project planning / execution.
  • Lead meetings between internal Disney teams and the vendor for implementation of our loyalty program, and dive into technical details of our plan.
  • Lead Product Marketing initiatives across relevant verticals which may include Profiles, Identity, Unification, Content, Features, Partners, and others.
  • Develop and optimize marketing strategies that impact product roadmaps to drive viewership, engagement and retention across all relevant loyalty initiatives.
  • Sectively lead and manage relationships with various cross-functional partners including Product, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Partnerships & Experiential, Creative, Analytics, Insights, CRM & Lifecycle Marketing, PR, Social, Customer Care, Legal and Finance.
  • Deeply understand our subscriber base, and synthesize key insights, analytics, and competitive intelligence across various Voice of Subscriber channels, to inform product development, positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive optimizations based on analytical insights and data to show positive return on marketing eSorts, continuously improving user lifetime value and reducing churn
  • Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact marketing initiatives
  • Partner with the analytics teams to define goals and track success of key launches and monitor results to prioritize product prioritization and future plans.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, loyalty, product, strategy, consulting or marketing with deep customer insight and go-to-market experience
  • Ability to manage strategic/analytical and creative/design focused tasks with ease; can analyze performance data, consumer insights to optimize strategies and campaigns
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills that enable you to build consensus and enthusiasm among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Can navigate ambiguity and find new ways to tackle complex problems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; can manage multiple projects in a dynamic, highly matrixed environment. Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and very collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior people leadership experience.
  • Prior experience at a premium streaming content provider or in entertainment/related industry
