Title: Senior Business Process Analyst
Location: Weston, FL- Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 3 Month Initial Contract
Compensation: $70-$78/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US

 
The Senior Business Process Analyst will be part of the Strategic Business Process Consulting team within the Digital organization focused on supporting and optimizing our end-to-end business processes. The Senior Business Process Analyst will be meeting with different business stakeholders to identify and discuss key business areas and processes as the relate to our ERP consolidation project. The ideal candidate will have experience with process mapping and modeling as well as process reengineering in areas including, but not limited to Order Management, Contacting, Quote to Cash, Professional Services and Customer Support. Subsequent duties include documenting existing processes (flows and narratives), analyzing existing processes, interviewing, conducting process walks, gathering data, and creating new business processes in line with business stakeholders' expectations. To ensure success as a Senior Business Process Analyst, you should gain detailed knowledge of business workflows, excellent communication skills, and a highly adaptable approach along with an aptitude for end-to-end process definition. You are able to identify and develop process strategies that meet and exceed business stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify process adherence issues and corresponding training opportunities for the broader user community.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process efficiencies via system enhancements.
  • Partner with business units and IT Business System Analysts to ensure system enhancements requirements are clear, documented and signed off.
  • Collaborate with business units to ensure appropriate test plans are in place for each documented business process
  • Demonstrated expertise with business process management; experience with Oracle EBS or other large ERP solutions; experience with Salesforce.com or other large CRM solutions

 Skillset / Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a business-facing analyst.
  • Expertise in business process modeling (BPMN, EPC, HPM, etc.) and modeling tools.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process management.
  • Experience with large ERP solutions such as Dynamics 365, Oracle EBS.
  • Experience with large PSA (Professional Service Automation) solution/implementation.
  • Experience with large CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with BI solutions such as Cognos.
  • Experience supporting a global organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in documenting business requirements.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to self-manage and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with Data Analysis Tools: Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience with Process Improvement Methodologies: Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Industry-Specific Experience: Experience in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing and communicating with stakeholders at various levels.

  • Six Sigma Certification: Green Belt or above
  • Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Agile experience: Certified Scrum master
