Title: Technical Program Manager II
Location: Anywhere in the US (Remote)
Duration: 17 weeks
Compensation: $64/hr – $84/hr

Skillset / Experience:
Technical Program Manager II
Support early-stage development activities, including
brainstorming and rapid prototyping of game features
and mechanics
Coordinate day-to-day production tasks across multiple
teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Facilitate effective communication among team
members and across disciplines by preparing
documentation and organizing meetings
Track tasks, maintain detailed schedules, and monitor
project progress, proactively identifying and addressing
roadblocks
Assist in playtesting, feedback collection, and iteration
of game features
Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities,
helping the team stay focused and productive
Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team
environment
Provide input on process improvements to optimize
development workflows
Requisition Details
Stay current with game industry trends, especially in
AR/VR, and bring new ideas to the team
Manage and coordinate game production tasks and
timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design,
engineering, art, QA)
Support early-stage game development and
prototyping efforts
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Adapt to changing project needs and challenges
Qualifications:
Excellent Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain detailed records.
Knowledge of Game Development: Understanding of the entire game development lifecycle, including design, programming, art, and testing.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle unexpected challenges.
Passion for Games: A genuine interest and enthusiasm for video games.
